Hurricane Irene in Puerto Rico
Rincon Puerto Rico villas
The wind flew in from the south as Hurricane Irene passed Puerto Rico. We felt rain and wind this afternoon. Guests at the villa spent the morning playing in the surf, but with the southerly winds, the waves became a frothy chocolate milk.
The western side of Puerto Rico wasn't hit too badly, a little rain, a little wind, but the eastern side received more than 7 inches of rain and much wind.
